Do I need previous fitness experience?
Absolutely not! Homefit is designed for everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of experience.
All exercises come with step-by-step instructions, clear videos, and options to adjust the intensity to your current level. You can progress at your own pace, and I’m here to guide you and answer questions along the way.
The key is consistency, not prior experience. You’ll see results by showing up and following the program!
Is Homefit suitable for losing weight, building muscle, or getting fitter?
Yes, yes and yes! Homefit is designed to help you achieve all of these goals. Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness, the program can be tailored to your needs and progress level.
What equipment do I need?
To get started with Homefit, all you really need is your own body. A yoga or exercise mat is highly recommended, as it provides extra comfort and support during floor exercises.
That said, having a few pieces of equipment at home can add variety, help you progress faster, and keep your workouts fun and challenging. None of this is required, but it can be a great addition. Useful options include:

Kettlebells or dumbbells — versatile tools for strength, toning, and full-body workouts.

Resistance bands — lightweight, affordable, and perfect for mobility, warm-ups, and strength training.

A suspension trainer — fantastic for full-body workouts and adjustable to any fitness level; affordable alternatives are widely available.
Before you buy anything, please contact me first! Don’t waste money on equipment you don’t need. I can advise you on the items that will help you the most and fit your goals.
How long do the workouts last?
All Homefit workouts are completely custom-made to fit your goals, schedule, and fitness level. A session can be as short as 15 minutes or as long as 1.5 hours, whatever works best for you.
You’ll always know exactly what to expect, and I can adjust the duration and intensity to make sure every workout is effective and enjoyable.
Can I skip a workout or do it later?
Yes! Workouts are released weekly, and within that week, you can reschedule them to fit your own schedule. This way, you stay flexible while still completing the program at your own pace.
