We will do two personal training sessions, fully tailored to your needs and level. Designed to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels grounded and empowering.

All meals are balanced and thoughtfully portioned to support a healthy weight.

About Esther

With years of experience coaching in my own gym, I guide people to reconnect with their bodies and themselves.

My approach blends personal training, nourishing nutrition and grounded, practical coaching, helping you build a life that truly fits who you are.

During the retreat, I prepare all meals, guide you through your training sessions and offer coaching conversations tailored to your needs.

There’s plenty of space for rest and reflection and you’ll receive a mapped-out nature walk through the beautiful Limburg countryside to explore at your own pace.
